Quality Policy

Managing Composites S.L., dedicated to the design and subcontracted manufacture of composite materials, has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards to improve the service it provides to its customers.

The Management of Managing Composites S.L. focuses on the Quality and Environmental System as a way of organizing the operation of the organization based on basic pillars such as the Quality of its products, customer satisfaction, environmental performance and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the System.

To this end, the Quality and Environmental Management System of Managing Composites S.L. is based on:

▪ Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of all the members of Managing Composites S.L. starting from the top.
▪ Quality is obtained by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, taking into account at all times the context of the organization, both internal and external, and the interested parties.
▪ Quality is oriented towards the satisfaction of all our customers (and stakeholders), through the commitment of the entire organization to meet their needs and requirements, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements and those of the products.
▪ Quality is based on the Continuous Improvement of both the production processes
and the provision of the service, as well as the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in which preventing errors is a fundamental aspect.
▪ Quality leads us to pay the utmost attention to technological evolution and to the possible improvements that new technologies make available to us.
▪ Ensure compliance with legal and other environmental requirements.
▪ Promote the reduction of the impact that the activity causes on the environment and
the prevention of pollution.
▪ Quality and environmental protection require the participation and collaboration of all, so this Policy is disseminated to all the staff of Managing Composites S.L. for their knowledge and understanding.

For the effective application of these principles, the support of both the management team and the staff is absolutely necessary.
